1. Overview
Motor test bench product introduction:
The motor test bench and motor performance test system are designed for motor performance test. They measure the voltage, current, torque, speed, input and output power, efficiency and other performance parameters of the motor, and draw various performance curves. The torque and speed sensor measures the output torque and speed of the motor. The load adopts the magnetic powder brake (or the four image motor). The power transmitter is used to convert the voltage and current into standard voltage signals, which are collected by the computer.
The motor performance test bench can complete the following measurement items: input voltage, current, output torque, speed, efficiency calculation, etc. The output report and curve format can be customized according to national standards or user requirements.
Composition of motor performance test system:

The control cabinet is composed of industrial personal computer, display and data acquisition software

The motor test bench is composed of the mechanical platform of the mounting base, torque sensor 4520A200, range 200NM, accuracy 0.5% torque sensor, display instrument magnetic particle brake, bracket, coupling, coupling, and electrical parameter measuring instrument
Function introduction of motor test bench:
1. The system can test specific points of various motors: no-load experiment: current, voltage, speed load experiment: current, voltage, torque, speed, input power, output power, efficiency locked rotor experiment: current, voltage, torque;
2. The system can calibrate and test the torque of the motor. The system calibrates the torque of motor through servo motor and high-precision torque sensor. Servo motor is calibrated by PID control algorithm to control stable torque output.
3. The system can display the voltage, current, input power, torque, speed, output power and efficiency of the motor in real time. It can alarm the upper and lower limits of current, voltage, torque and speed respectively, and the alarm value can be set arbitrarily.
4. The system can continuously store the test data or select points for storage according to the user's wishes. It can display the collected data and curves in real time. The test results can be used to plot the curves of torque current, voltage, speed, power and efficiency.
